Switch State Detection Based On Digital Image Processing

Under the environment of rapid economic development,the use of intelligent machines in various industries to replace human beings to complete some work has become a trend.For example,in the public security system,help the fingerprint recognition and face recognition software cracked the case;in the industrial production system,automatic assembly line parts quality detection intelligent software,intelligent textile the factory fabric flaw detection software;these are the use of intelligent machines to replace human labor,but also a product of the rapid development of the digital image processing technology.Digital image processing technology is the process of digital signal processing by computer,also known as computer image processing and image processing.It is referred to as the analog image processing technology,the two practical application each has a great development in many fields.In recent years,the electric power equipment has become more complex,we have become more and more difficult to monitor.If still insist on artificial method to maintain the power system is obviously very time-consuming and labor-intensive.Based on digital image processing technology,it is necessary for us to improve the power system's intelligent.In this paper we study power system,detection switch state intelligent monitoring switch cabinet.Through some method of the application of digital image processing technology,the switch and the use of image segmentation,switch characteristics,extract the key features distinguishing switch state.The three state switch mayarise: open and close,or fault,which "open and close" we called the "fault" normal state,called abnormal state.The state of the switch,will be able to master the use of electrical equipment in the electric power system.The research of this subject,the power of The system saves time,manpower and material resources,and plays an Important role in the maintenance of power system.Switch detection algorithm is studied in this paper,based on digital image processing theory,through the research on the image characteristics and switch state of the switch,switch state detection algorithm intelligent algorithm.From the results,the algorithm can segment the image well,judging switch state accurately and has good performance.
