| Switch cabinet is an important equipment for power transmission,distribution and energy conversion in power industry.Its safe,reliable and stable operation is an important guarantee for equipment and production.5G cloud network technology is a new technology in recent years.It is a combination of 5G Internet and cloud services.It is a new Internet technology with intelligent monitoring and efficient system management.In this paper,the Internet of things database technology based on 5G is combined with power switch cabinet equipment,and the collection of network cloud and electrical equipment is proposed to improve the remote detection level and monitoring speed of power switch cabinet.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Research on development of power switch cabinet(2)Introduction of Internet of things technology and application of remote monitoring 5G(3)Research and development of modular switch cabinet(4)Monitoring and management system of switch cabinet based on cloud network technology(5)Using computer and network technology to design and develop an information management software,in the cloud service to monitor the switch cabinet equipment in the network,real-time accurate grasp of the field operation,timely find and quickly process the status of related equipment,alarm information and fault records.Finally,the networking and performance of the experimental samples are tested,and the problems in the debugging process are analyzed and improved.The test results show that the system has the characteristics of convenient operation and maintenance,safe and reliable,high precision,and can be used in the "three remotet" and management of switch cabinet and other related power equipment. |
