With the continuous promotion of government information disclosure, the continuous improvement of awareness of archives, the gradual increase in the awareness of archives services, are to promote the role of archives in a major change:the transformation of both by the traditional custodian to service agency.Archives are also providing users with more scientific and reasonable, high quality services through various channels of continuous efforts, therefore, improving the quality of archives services has been a hot area of archival research in recent years. However, the author found that although there are many studies on archives service quality, the research ideas are basically the same: First, the methods which used to evaluate the archives service quality are mostly qualitative method, there is big room for improvement on the comprehensiveness and refinement of the evaluation system; The second is that the indicators of archives service quality is the basic selection from the perspective of the archives themselves, and not a direct response to the real feeling of the user, resulting in archives service quality optimization measures do not have strong practical operation and pertinence.Based on this, this paper selects the public archives as the research object, constructs the evaluation index system of the public archives service quality by using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods from the perspective of user perception, chooses the XX archives as the empirical research object, and puts forward the practical measures to optimize archives service quality. From the content of the research, this paper is divided into six chapters, mainly from the public archives user perception of service quality evaluation of the relevant theory, evaluation index system construction, empirical, optimization of service quality and other aspects of research. The first chapter elaborates the background of the evaluation of user perceivedservice quality in public archives, and describes the urgency and necessity of carrying out this research. The second chapter reads the relevant literature at home and abroad, comprehensively and systematically understands the research status of domestic and foreign archives, analyzes the research object, the research content, the research hotspot and the research trend by visualization software, and the related theoretical basis are described. The third chapter constructs the evaluation index system of user perceived service quality of public archives, which is one of the core chapters of this paper.Constructing the index system of service quality evaluation of public archives from the perspective of user perception, with SPSS,the exploratory factor analysis method is used to test the evaluation index system, and the weight of each index is determinedThe fourth chapter is the empirical study of the user perceived service quality evaluation of public archives, which is one of the core chapters of this paper.According to the public archives user perception service quality evaluation index system, through questionnaire survey to obtain empirical data, based on the empirical results of XX archives, this paper analyzes the service quality of XX archives. The fifth chapter is about the specific measures to optimize the service quality of archives.According to the empirical results of the fourth chapter, the author puts forward specific measures to optimize the service quality, and improves the user satisfaction of XX archives. The sixth chapter is research conclusions and research prospects. The author analyzes and discusses the evaluation index system of user perceived service quality in public archives and the concretes countermeasures to optimize the service quality of XX archives; The author summarizes the shortcomings of the research process and provides support and reference for future research direction.
