With the continuous development of cultural and creative concepts,the development of archives,cultural and creative products has attracted more and more attention from the archives and all sectors of society.However,due to the late start of the development of archives,cultural and creative products in my country,various problems and challenges were encountered in the actual development process.Based on this research background,this research aims to analyze the perceived value of potential users of domestic archives,cultural and creative products,and explore new models for the development of archives,cultural and creative products on the basis of effectively improving users' satisfaction and loyalty to archives,cultural and creative products,To guide the archives department in the cultural and creative product development process to be user-oriented,develop cultural and creative products that are popular among the public,improve user experience,and give full play to the positive role of cultural and creative products in the publicity of archives culture.Based on the theory of user perception value,this research uses questionnaire surveys,interviews and other research methods to investigate the real needs of users' archive cultural and creative products,analyze the users' perceived gains and losses,and improve users' perception of archives,cultural and creative products.Several optimization strategies are proposed for product satisfaction and loyalty.
