The extent of global air pollution is becoming more and more serious,in recent years,a large number of fog and haze weather in the eastern part of China.One of the industrial waste gas emissions is the cause of the fog and haze,industrial waste gas not only pollute the environment,but also a toxic gas.The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the construction of ecological civilization in a prominent position,Therefore,it is urgent to design a new type of waste gas treatment equipment.This paper mainly studies a dielectric barrier discharge(DBD)type plasma power source for the treatment for industrial waste gas.Based on the working principle of the exhaust gas treatment device of the plasma power type and the working principle of the series resonant inverter circuit,this paper focus on the key technical problems such as the equivalent circuit,electrical characteristics,topology,impedance matching and control strategy of the industrial power supply device are carried out.According to the theoretical results of this paper,a 2kW practical prototype is designed.The actual operation results of the prototype prove the correctness and the value of the theoretical analysis.The main content of this paper includes the following points:1.Study on the topology of inverter circuit used in dielectric barrier discharge(DBD)type plasma power supply.The topology of two kinds of load resonant inverter circuits commonly used in DBD type plasma power supply is analyzed theoretically,and the topology of series resonant inverter circuit is chosen as the inverse topology of DBD type plasma power supply.2.Selection and Research of the ways of adjusting the power of Dielectric Barrier Discharge(DBD)Plasma Power Supply.Through researching the DBD type of plasma power supply commonly used in several ways to adjust the power,and finally use PWM power adjustment as a DBD type of power supply mode.3.Research and Analysis on Impedance Matching of Dielectric Barrier Discharge(DBD)Plasma Power Supply.On the basis of the analysis of the ideal transformer,this paper give a model of the actual transformer and the method of measuring and calculating it.4.Research on Control Strategy of Dielectric Barrier Discharge(DBD)Plasma Power Supply.This paper analyzes the working state of the series resonant inverter circuit,and puts forward a PWM power regulation method as the output power control mode of the exhaust power supply power supply,and analyzes the working state of the DBD type plasma power supply under the control mode5.Research on Frequency Tracking Control Circuit of Dielectric Barrier Discharge(DBD)Plasma Power Supply.This paper illustrate a frequency tracking control circuit relied on CD4001,which is Based on the existing frequency tracking circuit.It realizes that the frequency of the power switch tube is approximately equal to the resonant frequency in the resonant network,so that the inverter works in the weak working condition.In the end,an experimental prototype with a power of 2kW and a frequency of 40 kHz is fabricated by applying the above theory.According to the analysis of the experimental waveform,the correctness and feasibility of the theory are verified.
