Based on a thorough study on a great deal of theoretic and method about dielectric barrier discharge all over the world, a whole and systematical research on the capacitive phase shifting PWM control series resonant load full bridge Inverter DBD type power supply of ozonier has been developed, including the thorough research with the time domain analytic method and the fundamental wave analytic method to the equivalent circuit. Finally the control system of power supply of ozonier based on ARM controller has been designed. The main achievements obtained by this dissertation are:Firstly, by analyzing dielectric barrier discharge series resonant load Inverter and its power regulation method, according to frequency tracing technology of the load current, capacitive phase shifting PWM control full bridge inversion series resonant load circuit is applied to DBD type power supply of ozonier.Secondly, by means of analyzing the working process of the ozone generator, time domain analytic method of the capacitive phase shifting pulse width modulation series resonance load DBD type ozonizer full bridge inversion power supply has been established, which is the powerful tool of designing the control system adjustment characteristic of power supply of ozonier. It is the theory basis of designing the power supply that the power supply could be regulated by the method of the pulse width modulation, namely adjusting phase shifting angle.Thirdly, fundamental wave equivalent models of ozone generator powered by sinusoidal current is applied to capacitive phase shifting PWM control DBD type power supply of ozonier, and fundamental wave analytic method of the series resonance DBD type ozonier is proposed. Similarly the phase shifting adjustment characteristics of the dielectric barrier discharge circuit could be obtained; The power supply is designed with the fundamental wave analytic method, and design flow is given also. Comparing with the time domain analytic method, the error of the fundamental wave method is slightly big, but it has the latent application value on engineering design, which is simple and easy.Fourthly, the MATLAB simulation model about capacitive phase shifting PWM control series resonant load full bridge inversion DBD type power supply of ozonier is established. Massive simulations analysis are obtained, including capacitive phase shifting PWM control signal of the inverter, the phase-shift control properties(the electrical characteristics with relation to phase shifting angle), the relation of the load voltage to current, the working processes waveforms of the ozonier ,etc. The Simulating results had confirmed the effectiveness of the theories and designed developed. The error of the time domain analytic method is smaller than 2%, and the fundamental wave analytic method is smaller than 8%.Finally, one kind of digital control system of power supply of ozonier based on ARM microprocessor LPC2119 has been designed, which realizing the digitization and the network control. According to the frequency tracing technology of the load current, and ozone generator voltage which is controlled by PID closed-loop, capacitive phase shifting PWM control strategy and the power regulation have been realized.
