At present, the manufacturing level of the ozone generator cant meet the needs of the ozone application. The index of ozone generator, like efficiency and reliability, is far behind the level of foreign countries. In this paper, the equivalent circuit and load matching characteristics of the ozone generator load and several problems in the design of power supply is discussed.Firstly, according to the analysis of the dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) process, two kinds of load equivalent circuit are compared, and the equivalent circuit parameters of the preliminary design and optimization calculation are discussed. Then based on the analysis above, the thesis discusses the load impedance matching scheme, the high leakage reactance transformer load matching scheme is adopted;Secondly, the thesis adopts the full bridge inverter controlled by single pulse modulation scheme, and based on the comparison and experiment of several soft start schemes, the current-limiting resistor soft start scheme is adopted, and the limiting voltage, resection time and resistor size is designed;Thirdly, based on the analysis and experiment of several snubber circuits used in ozone generator, the laminated busbar structure scheme is applied to solve the fever problem of buffer capacitor. Then the thesis introduces the design of laminated busbar, and the application effect of laminated busbar is obvious;Finally, the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) of ozone generator is discussed in this paper. The thesis analyzes the source of electromagnetic interference in power supply, and introduces the interference suppression measures from three aspects, filtering, shielding and grounding. The design of grounding is discussed and the conclusion is that the hybrid grounding should be adopted, the grounding of reactor and chassis divide into one group and separate from others.
