With the development of the Internet of things and the stronger desire of the health from the human beings,the research on varies of flexible devices and biocompatibility devices has attracted considerable interests.The different kinds of natural polymer with perfect biocompatibility,physical and chemical characters were researched extensively.Owing to the diversity and vast of protein,the research on protein-based optoelectronic devices,especially based on optical processing technology,become very hot these years.On the other hand,micro/nanofabrication technologies have been used to realize biopolymer's pattern and devices.So,combining protein-based material with several kinds of optical processing technologies to achieve protein-based device and system is a very important research point.Protein-based devices and systems have been realized by varies of fabrication technologies,however,there is still an obstacle to pattern protein material with high resolution to meet the request in biomedical engineering applications.The fabrication technologies with low cost and simply process are as well the challenges to apply the protein-based device in our industrialized society.In this paper,I mainly focused on the fabrication of protein-based device using optical processing technologies.1.Fabricate protein-based Micro/Nano-devices by UV Lithographya)Build the UV Lithography system with low cost and simple fabrication processb)Fabricate periodic Micro/Nano stripe and explore its optical applicationc)Co-culture cell(Hela Cells)with the protein stripe,and realize cell pattern.2.Fabricate protein-based functional devices by UV Lithographya)Fabricate devises based on carbon dots(C-Dots)and protein composite material by UV Lithography;b)Degrade organic dye molecules by visible light using C-Dots/Protein filmc)Explore commercial application of C-Dots/Protein film.Meanwhile,I took part in research team as co-workers to fabricate protein-based Micro/Nano fibers and explore the application of fiber sensor.In conclusion,I simply realize the functional protein-based devices via optical processing technologies.It is proved that the optical processing technology can make the protein cross-linked polymerization.The device surface roughness and structural integrity is perfect.So optical process technologies can be used for micro/nano optical device fabrication.In this work,the carbon dots were used as photosensitizer and functional material costing in the device The carbon dots still retain the intrinsic characteristics coating in device,and the device may be used in vivo in future for the biocompatibility.So this work provide the evidence that protein-based device can be used in Biomedical Engineering and Biological Sciences.
