The Status And Trend Of Researches On The Basic Theory Of Archival Science In China From The Year Of 2006 To 2016

The basic theory is the foundation of the development of a subject.This paper analyzes situations and trends of the researches of the basic theory of archival science in recent ten years.In this way,we can have better knowledge of the achievements,characteristics and shortcomings of basic theories.In the past decade,there are lots of achievements on the research of the basic theory of archival science in China which show the macroscopic perspectives,comprehensive contents and various methods.Meanwhile,the achievements from researches are taken more seriously and interdisciplinary researches,the application of new methods and theories are springing.In addition,the contents of the researches have made much innovative progress.The publicity of government information,the electronic file and the knowledge management have become the research focus.Researchers have more systematic and mature academic opinions in their individual area while a batch of new researchers is emerging gradually during the development procedure.Although the basic theory of archival science flourishes,there are also some drawbacks,such as imbalance implication of research methods,weak cooperative ability of interdisciplinary research,too many ineffective researches,lack of academic innovation,less comparative research about Chinese and foreign achievements,shortage of researchers in the archival field and so on.Under this situation,the author thinks that some changes should take place in archival research: broadening the research horizon,improving the quality of achievements,cultivating research attitude,purifying academic atmosphere,holding academic comments,promoting academic innovation,strengthening international communication,highlighting Chinese characteristics,widening research team and optimizing source structure.The research of the basic theory of archival science should not only keep up with the international situation,but also follow national rules of archival work.At last,the research summarizes the situations of the researches of the basic theory of archival science in China in the past ten years and makes improvements according to the shortcomings so that the quality of theoretical research can be promoted.
