Operation and maintenance are the most important work in large industrial and mining enterprises(such as power plants,coal mines,etc.).In order to facilitate the operation and maintenance,large industrial and mining enterprises in various key areas are equipped with the corresponding work equipment warehouse,therefore,a large industrial and mining enterprises often have more than ten working equipment warehouses.In order to reduce labor costs,enterprises only arrange management in large warehouse,other warehouses persist a state of neglect,the staff borrow tools and take records by themselves in the manual registration record,a series of problems brought is: instrumentspreparation by recording the information incomplete,messy,storage for a long time have not lost serious damage,and is not accountable,resulting in emergency maintenance,equipment can not find,or take a long time to find,or find that has been damaged,not the normal use and so on.In order to ensure normal maintenance,companies often spend a lot of money to buy duplication of tools.With the construction Industry 4.0,more and more large industrial and mining enterprises require can track every equipments in the warehouse,take a fully control and monitor of implementation tools borrowed information,storage information,using the full range of information and so on.Based on this,the project specific requirements for warehouse management tools of large industrial and mining enterprises,the development of unmanned warehouse management system based on RFID technology,the system has the advantages of low cost,information traceability management,continuous long working time,working environment and good adaptability,unified management and maintenance.The main research contents of this system are as follows:1.Analysis of warehouse management tools no requirements,including the related technology research and development,build.Net platform;build and development platform of Android intelligent operating system;communication technology,mobile cloud desktop client client and server;HF / UHF RFID technology.2.Research and design the hardware and software architecture of the unmanned warehouse management system,including the design of scheme,the design of the database,the design of the software on different operation platform and so on.Among them,Warehouse management background and user front desk software design using.NET framework,through the wide area network or LAN connection to RTU and cloud server.Design mobile terminal APP interface and function,through the HTTP protocol or Web Service interface with the cloud server for data exchange.3.Based on the overall structure of the software and hardware,to achieve the management system of the unmanned warehouse.Debugging,installation system hardware equipment,the mobile terminal APP,cloud server,PC client software for the development and testing of the various modules.After the test of practice,the system can basically meet the appliance Industry 4.0 unmanned warehouse management under the background of demand,.Net and Android software module,wireless communication module,UHF RFID real-time monitoring module can work stably system.The research results of this project can also be used in the management of confidential documents,valuables,dangerous chemicals and other items of enterprises and institutions.Therefore,the research of this project has good social benefit and economic benefit.
