The Design And Implementation Of Online Contract System

As worldwide trade frequency gets higher and higher,scope expands unceasingly,the online contract signing business has an increasingly strong requirement.And with the popularity of smart mobile devices,online contract signing based on mobile devices business requirements gradually gets more and more obvious.Although there have been relatively mature abroad websites providing online signing business,this field at home is still in the bud.Through analysis,the existing online contract signing business in identity authentication which on the one hand,still need to be improved.For the user identity identification technology,the existing online contract signing system takes the form of digital signature,but it cannot completely solve the problem of security.Depending on the above background,this article is based on a mobile device unique IMEI code and SIM card ICCID design electronic signature,and to limit the user contract business scope combined with the mobile location information.This paper analyzed the DTW(dynamic time warping)algorithm in the application of handwritten signature identification technology,and improved J.Bruatl characteristic value calculation method,in order to improve the performance of the DTW algorithm.And this paper uses handwritten signature database as the validation data,for validation of this improved DTW signature identification technology.This paper will improve DTW handwriting signature identification technology and electronic signature technology based on the characteristics of mobile terminal design,combining in online contract signing system using hybrid identification technology to user authentication.Finally with the help of the existing system,combined with domestic contract law online contract signing system was designed and implemented.The results show that the hybrid identity identification technology greatly enhances the security of the online contract system.
