Construction equipment maintenance is a kind of highly technical work,professional equipment maintenance company is responsible for this work.At the same time,building equipment maintenance work is highly dependent on business data.The development of building equipment maintenance information system will improve the information level of construction equipment maintenance work and ensuring the maintenance work carried out orderly.System running circumstance is analyzed,and J2 EE is selected for system development,the technical combination of JSP,Servlet and JPA is selected as system implementation factor.Functional indicators are analyzed,according the sequence of overall analysis and detail analysis,system functional requirement document is acquired.The system is divided into several functional modules,and every module has the feature of relative independence.System users are analyzed,and users are divided into several participants,participants' analysis model is established.Database conceptual structure is designed,the factor of entity and relation are used for model establishment.According to database conceptual model,database relation model is designed,and database tables are created.According to software layer division MVC design pattern,the system is divided into three layers of View,Logic and DAL.Functional classes and methods for every function are designed,and calling sequences between different layers are designed too.The system is accomplished by system implementation IDE tools,and system program code is acquired.User interfaces are designed,and system running results are acquired.System test schemes are designed;test results show that the system attain requirements in analysis document.Equipment repairing information system developed in this dissertation,provided information platform for equipment repairing company,and enhanced business process efficiency.
