Innovation Platform Project Appraisal System Design And Implementation

Technology Innovation is a national,ethnic development,growth an important measure.More and more people,companies,universities and research institutions involved in the process of innovation and technological invention.Scientific and technological innovation projects springing up in general to rise rapidly.Chaoyang District,Beijing is an important city,the area of scientific research institutions,large enterprises,science and technology project review workload is very large,science and technology-related project review process,review rules,expert database management work more complicated,the traditional manual,semi-manual management model has been unable to adapt to modern science and technology system,and therefore a need to develop a technology innovation project review system.First,the paper describes the study of sources of scientific and technological innovation project review system,while for the current research were reviewed,summarized in science and technology innovation project review system application process problems with innovative development of a new system.Secondly,this paper introduces the background of a systematic study of the theory and technology,pave the way for the system implementation.Then,this article from the economic,technical,social and management of four aspects of the verification system implementation is feasible,and the overall system functions are analyzed,prototyping export system function,namely technological innovation project management,technology project management assignment TECHNOLOGY project assessment results management,technology management and project evaluation expert system security management.Then,this article from the overall system architecture,network topologies,server deployment architecture and other functions of the overall system design,and the use of structured design system flowchart core algorithm processes using ER diagrams,relational database table design of the system,improve the system processing performance.Then,as used herein,VisualStudio2012 platform to develop a fully functional platform for technological innovation project review system,describes the system's core code run shot and every function.System test results show good operating system,can improve scientific and technological innovation project review speed and efficiency,the system also improves the degree of information technology innovation project review.
