Design And Implementation Of The Public Safety Knowledge Search Engine

Public safety management exists a lot of problems,it is an important way to improve the public safety management.It is a great significance to strengthen the emergency management of public safety incidents.To solve this problem,this paper analyzes and designs the platform of public safety knowledge search engine,and mainly completes the following aspects:1? Completed the needs and analysis of public safety knowledge search engine.Through the research and analysis of the development of the public security field at home and abroad,using the relevant platform of public safety knowledge search engine,the existing problems in the field of public safety are found out.In view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward the system's demand,and carries on the detailed functional and non functional requirements analysis.According to the needs,the use cases of all kinds of users and permissions are described in detail.2? Completed the system design of public safety knowledge search engine.The system is designed by using the unified modeling language(UML).Including the composition of the system,function design,module design and data model design.Finally,the overall design of the system is obtained.3? Completed the design and implementation of public safety knowledge search engine.Using the results of the needs analysis and system design,the system architecture is established,and the process of the information flow of the platform is analyzed.Finally,the prototype system is developed,and the main function of the interface is demonstrated.This article from the establishment of the idea about a search engine of learning and retrieval,statistical analysis case,the case playback of public safety knowledge,information release,information sharing and decision support,will produce important influence to the public security management.
