Design And Implementation Of SCU Hospital Information Management System

In recent years,the development of information technology has revolutionized the hospital management process and management means.In the hospital,all kinds of information management software system has been widely used.The wide application of software system in the hospital mainly includes the followings,outpatient registration system,hospital management system,outpatient service delimiting price and charging system,multimedia consultation and patients integrated query system,hospitalization management system and drug management system.The application of software system has improved the efficiency of hospital management and standardized the hospital workflow,which provides the patients with convenient life.But at the same time,there are still some problems.For example,the function of management system is frail and the resource integration is incomplete.Moreover,the problem of “isolated island” is exists in the transmission of information.Therefore,it is necessary to integrate and supplement the existing management system resources and build the comprehensive software system of hospital information management.Taking the “SCU” as the main studying target,the thesis analyses the meaning of hospital information management system,the current research status at home and abroad,the required tools and technologies of the “SCU” hospital information management software system.Based on the former discussions,this article further analyses the demands of hospital information management software system and the function module of the system.Meanwhile,the overall design and analysis of the comprehensive software system for the hospital information management system is carried out.The main function of hospital comprehensive information management software system are outpatient service registration management,delimiting price and charging management,pharmaceutical management,hospital management,doctor workstation management,information query,system management,etc.This paper elucidates the management methods of the hospital information management system,which contains the charge of pricing,the queries of a duty doctor and the manage of the registered patient queue.Moreover,the system can achieve the aim of effective tracking of the medical information,which has benefited from the specific methods of the operation flow.The medical management system can dealing with the medical record information of patient,the recorded diagnosis and the prescribing information.In the end,the paper tests the effect of the ”SCU” medicalmanagement system.This article designs the “SCU” medical management system by taken the form of B/S structure,the software development tools of Visual Studio2008 and the database of Server SQL.The application of the software system not only reduces the workload of the medical staff,but also improves the working efficiency.The software system will have a broad application prospect.
