Research On Designing And Implementing Of XAUT Hospital Information System

Construction of hospital information system (HIS) is a new project, which is full of modern high technology and scientific management ideas, and it has been one powerful measure for improving the level of hospital management and medical service. Designing and development of HIS is the necessary requirement for hospital to realize informatization and digitalization. It is an urge task for hospital to design an information system which is adapted to its practical characteristic at present.This paper investigates and studies the management pattern and business process of XAUT hospital carefully based on the research of the theory and method of hospital management, hospital informatization, Business Process Reengineering (BPR). Combined with the practicality of XAUT hospital, its organization structure and business process is reengineered using modern technology management theory, method and information technique. The process improved is also evaluated according to the rate of process reduced and complexity. In this paper, a system framework is designed based on the mixed pattern using B/S and C/S structures by its distributive medical stops. A set of system software including drugstore management subsystem, price-charged subsystem, patient management, inquiring and statisticsubsystem, medical stop management subsystem and sustaining and maintenance subsystem is finished on the basis of system investigation and analysis. In the development of this system, its security epically for resisting SQL Injection is researched primarily. A new resisting SQL Injection method via program validation and strengthening database security is put forward to reinforce the security of the system proposed in this paper.Combined with the practicality of XAUT hospital, this paper designs methods of EPR integration in different structure based on XML existing in centralized and distributive instance is designed, and an ophthalmologic electronic patient record (EPR) system using XML which is a new hot research topic in the domain of medical system.The implement and application of XAUT hospital information system improves its work efficiency and information extent and brings huge convenience for its information management.
