Comparative Study Of College Library User's Compulsory Norm Between British And Chinese University Library

With the development of the librarianship in China,library user's rights and obligations coordination and balance have drawn more and more attentions.At present,the library circle have more studies about the library user's rights,while the studies of user's obligations are weak.Chinese university library users are mainly students,and their awareness of obligation is relatively weak,so,all kinds of disputes between the user and the user,librarians and users in the university library can be attributed to their unawareness for obligations.What are the shortcomings of College Library User's Compulsory Norm? How to customize the user of the comprehensive and detailed compulsory standards,how to reduce the museum disputes,these problems are that currently we have to face and solve.The British university libraries have a lot of reference significance to our country.This article selects the 20 representative of the university library as a sample,mainly through online survey and comparative analysis to study College Library User's Compulsory Norm between the two countries.The thesis is divided into five parts.The first part focuses on the background and meaning of the research,and makes a summary of the research status at home and abroad.This part also explains the research methods and main innovative points.The second part expounds the theory of Library User's Compulsory Norm,which is a foundation of the Comparative Study of College Library User's Compulsory Norm between British and Chinese University Library.The third part mainly compares the content of the library entrance compulsory norm,models of action inside the library compulsory norm,borrowing and reading compulsory norm,the use of facilities and objects inside the library compulsory norm,intellectual property compulsory norm,juvenile compulsory norm,summarize and leaving the library compulsory norm…It's to reveal the main content and features of British universities library users' compulsory norms.The fourth part analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of university library user's compulsory norms according to the Comparison of College Library User's Compulsory Norm between British and Chinese University Library.The fifth part is the summary and forecasting,which mainly summarize library user compulsory standards of Sino-British college through comparative analysis,and put forward the hypothetical to compulsory norms of Chinese university library users,aiming at providing the reference to improve the compulsory standard of Chinese university library users.
