China's environmental problems have become increasingly serious,especially urban heating caused serious air pollution in the winter,so the development of urban central heating is putting more emphasis on.Firstly,central heating instead of decentralized heating,central heating area is gradually increased so that the transformation of the state invested heavily in the heating system,and its importance is increasingly prominent.Through a pipeline network and the secondary network,central heating pipe network achieved heat and hot water distribution between users,its structure is very complex,an excellent distribution network structure can reduce fuel consumption,running heating network system to ensure safety colleagues to some extent reduce operating costs.This paper studies on the design of real-time SCADA heating pipe network and its subsystems,optimization run on the basis of energy-efficient means of regulation and control policy,and ultimately the formation of expert system to guide heat heating heating company of running equilibrium transportation,green energy-saving purposes.This paper analyzes the actual operation of heating pipe network problems and difficulties in operation monitoring,preparation heating network run-time monitoring system,combined with geographic information system on this basis,the establishment of a central heating pipe network information based on the electronic map management platform,remote on the whole network of pipe network hydraulic balance adjustment,energy saving operation,heat transfer stations climate compensation,a secondary heating network and heat users running status monitoring,energy saving,saving labor costs and improve the reliability of heat supply to achieve heat management information,automation,intelligent.
