Research And Implementation Of Vehicle Operation Monitoring System

Along with the progress of society, the vehicle operation monitoring system has been applied in a wide range of many areas. And it has also brought great economic benefits and social benefits. Combining the GPS navigation, sensor technology and communication technology together to form a high precision integrated navigation monitoring system is formed. The key of the combination is the operational data collection, transmission and analysis, so the research has a great market application value.The vehicle operation monitoring system described in this paper consists of three parts, that is, vehicle terminal, monitoring center and the communication network between the previous parts. This paper introduces the system structure, analysis and design the core hardware module and software module of the vehicle terminal, analysis and design the database and software system of the monitoring center, and realize the data communication between the vehicle terminal and monitoring center. The system’s major innovation points as follows:1) Put forward the plan of the multi-sensor share serial, and defines the data protocol of the sensor data description;2) By extending the new data type in the basis of the GPS data agreement, proposed a data agreement for GPRS communication;3) For GPS positioning existing blind area, this paper put forward the calculation method of vehicle position with on-board sensor data.This paper has received the destination basically. The hardware and software of the mobile terminal on vehicle and monitoring center are designed. The debugging and running of system indicates that it has achieved expectant result. It has both theory and engineering values.
