Desertification has been a community environmental issue of common concern,countries have adopted different technologies and measures for the comprehensivemanagement of decertified land. Yanchi County in northern growing phenomenon ofdesertification, which restricts the sustainable development of the local economy, moreand more urgent prevention and control of desertification, land desertification at alllevels of government comprehensive management program is also put forward higherrequirements.This thesis focuses on the northern area of land desertification in Yanchi status quo,based on the main line decision support systems, the integration of geographicinformation systems, artificial neural networks, fuzzy expert system in order toultimately achieve comprehensive management of decertified land as the main researchgoals, in-depth analysis of today’s decertified land management decisions supportsystems and the integration of the various core technologies based on the principle ofcomprehensive management of decertified land for a detailed discussion and research.Based on north land of Yanchi comprehensive management of decertified landdecision support system consists of geographic information systems, artificial neuralnetworks, fuzzy expert systems, decision support systems, databases andknowledge-based systems, rules and inference engine, etc., and its main function is tohelp decision-makers to develop a reasonable effective sand control programdynamically adjusted according to embodiments of sand effect, and the differentdegrees of desertification area governance model simulations show.Comprehensive management of decertified land decision support system based onsoftware engineering processes, the use of object-oriented technology design anddevelopment phases of the system core module. The geographic information systems toobtain the location of decertified land natural image data classification storage, real-timeobservation sand effect. Authoritative expert system expert knowledge sand fields,mature and effective implementation of the program, the experience of organic sandintegrate different features within the area of decertified land analysis gives guidance.Neural network to get geographic information systems on the basis of the collected datato classify reasoning, comprehensive diagnostic yield different desertification early warning prompt. Decision support systems organically integrate all information todetermine what kind of integrated governance model adopted.This article by introducing expert systems and neural network technology tooptimize the traditional sand control measures to build a new structure of decisionsupport system for rational and efficient and comprehensive management of decertifiedland sand provides a guideline.
