TJ Company Assets Life-cycle Lean Management System Design And Implementation

With the rapid development of China power grid,power grid of the rapid expansion of asset scale,increase the number of equipment,near to the neglect of the importance of asset and equipment performance value,asset management heavy investment in light output has been difficult to adapt to the "intensive development,lean management" provisions,need new ideas,new technology and new management method driven the development of innovation and asset management imminently.Since 2008,the company learn from the concept of international advanced asset management,combined with the actual situation of the company,and constantly promote the management of the whole life cycle of assets,and deepen the life cycle of asset management.In order to realize the value management and control of the whole life cycle of TJ company,we further explore and deepen the asset lean management system based on the whole life cycle of asset based on the original fixed assets.The organization and implementation of the financial assets department based on the whole life cycle of the asset lean management evaluation.Which lasted for more than 14 months,through theoretical research,case analysis,business analysis,system design,platform construction and application practice,formed the TJ company asset lean management evaluation model.The model asset value as the core,the realization of the new assets,operation and maintenance,and disposal process of process control,covering TJ company a total of 27 units,through the normative foundation,process improvement,results lean "three level management level and lean index,quantification,evaluation units assets lean management work.The model uses the ABAP language to build the platform,and the development of indicators 42,covering 15 categories of assets TJ company.The model innovation asset evaluation mode,enhance the asset management philosophy,changed in the past through the manual summary of all kinds of statements,statistical classification,calculation and analysis of the mode,and improve the efficiency of asset management,and greatly to enhance the lean management level of company assets,to provide decision support for the management of the company’s assets.
