Taxi is a part of urban public transport.It is one of the main measures to improve urban people's quality of living.We may say that the development of a city's taxi transport indicates the level of its economic development and people's quality of living.In Tianjin,the transport capacity and the service of taxi is far from fulfilling people's expectations.At present,the taxi service is not convenient enough and taxi drivers do not always abide by the rules.There lie a series of difficulties in the management of taxi,among which are the imbalance between supply and demand,illegal taxi service and social unstable factors.The thesis provides an effective information-based solution to the problems mentioned above.The author designs Tianjin Taxi Dispatching and Monitoring system.Starting from needs analysis,according to specific cases,the author accomplishes the function needs analysis of the system.The system consists of seven modules: vehicle monitoring management,vehicle alarming management,complaints management,remote terminal management,message sending management,fundamental data management,on-call dispatching management.The thesis gives detailed description of the seven modules and designs the function of each module,their functional structures,,their flow diagrams,their sequence diagrams and their interfaces.Basing the system on WEB and Java techniques and ORACLE database,the author designs the general structure and the topological structure of the system,sets its database and adopts the B/S framework.The system testing is accomplished.
