The Design And Implementation Of VTaxi System Based On Taxi Application

With the popularization of smart phones, intelligent taxi application, as a helpful aid for traveling, is attached increasing attention by people. With current taxi applications, a passenger can send a request that he or she needs a taxi. A taxi driver may accept this request, and take this passenger to the specific place. But users could be rejected by taxi drivers.Companied by many other taxi management systems, SAP wants to develop a union taxi service platform, ITaxi, to offer a better way to take taxis. Besides current taxi applications’ functions, through the VTaxi system, ITaxi system can analysis taxi GPS data and use the results to give user guidance. By invoking users’ subjective initiative, it helps users to find a taxi by themselves.VTaxi system is built in Client/Server structure. In client, VTaxi system uses PhoneGap framework to support different mobile platforms. In server, VTaxi system uses J2EE structure for service support. As the basic database support, VTaxi system chooses SAP HANA platform.The major work of current thesis is:(1) Introduced the development situation of current taxi applications and the project background of VTaxi system.(2) Introduced the technologies that used in VTaxi system, including PhoneGap framework and SAP HANA platform.(3) Defined the system objective and business process of VTaxi system. Listed all functional requirements of VTaxi system and designed it in details.(4) Described the implementation details of presentation layer, business logic layer and database layer and optimization.
