The Development And Research Of Access Control Information Management System For The Dormitory Building Of Nankai Highschool

TianJin Nankai High School has two campuses which across the 2nd Latitude Road of Nankai District,including three dormitory buildings.As there are many teachers and students,the work of dormitory management is always the key of campus managemt.In recent years the cases that the students the school reulations becomes more and more frequently,especially getting to the Internet and staying outside the whole night circumstance occur frequently;at the same time,the social outsiders access Illegal,also caused great potential safety hazard.Investigate its reason,in addition to the factors of students and migrant workers,the campus management measures does not reach the designated position,management personnel is not professional,management method is backward,are the main reasons.Aiming at the problems appeared in the process of management nankai middle school dormitory building,to achieve the management of the system safety,I designed for nankai middle school entrance guard management system.This system consists of a B/S architecture project and a client attendance equipment.This system can be either period of time,authority and control related to the door,effectively prevent illegal events,can also be for the school dormitory teacher and the students' basic information,attendance information for editing and statistical data,with the help of the software system,the school dormitory management will be more effective,rapid,accurate,safety,also can save a lot of material and manpower.The software design adopts the ORACLE 10 G database service.Using JAVA to design the user interface of the software,including login,basic information,equipment management,card management,query management,system management,a series of forms.And the application of JDBC to realize the access of the software and database.This software is not expansive and easy to operation.The efficiency of management and i nformation transmissioncan be improved by this Access Control System.The manager who use this system may reduce the management complexity,i mprove work efficiency.Finally realize the kindergarten management automation and standar dization.
