The 21 st century is an era of rapid development of information technology.Artificial intelligence technology has become one of the most cutting-edge information technologies today.As a technical branch of artificial intelligence,face recognition technology is more and more widely integrated into the construction of smart campuses in colleges and universities,making campuses more intelligent,humanized and efficient in safety construction and campus management.This paper introduces the shortcomings of the traditional access control system and the advantages of the access control system using face recognition technology,explains the research background,design goals and overall structure of the system.As well as,this paper introduces the basic and theoretical knowledge of some technologies used to develop the system,such as Java related technology,load balancing,Redis cache,message middleware,etc.Through detailed analysis of the application system requirements,this paper designs the functional architecture of the system.And according to the functional architecture,the structure of the system database is designed and determined.In this paper,the main database table structure of the system is displayed and explained.The system is divided into two parts: front-end face recognition gateway system and background management system.The face recognition gateway system is mainly for the user's face information collection,identity recognition,and display of related information of the background system.The background management system mainly includes a series of functional modules such as student information management module,user access module,attendance module,and related report module.This paper introduces the design of relevant functional modules of the system by adopting system architecture diagrams,tables,flow charts and other forms.This system realizes the main functions of the access control system through Eclipse,Maven,Tomcat and other development tools.In this paper,part of the renderings of the system are shown,such as the display of student management interface,visitor management interface,and related data report pages.
