We also need to dock with the college of the existing business systems through interfaces so that we could have a powerful tool for digital management. Access control attendance management system designed in this paper using range to all staff and students of the college, with accurate, fast, convenient, specifications and other advantages, to meet the diverse needs of the institute department managers. Access control attendance management system according to the rules of entrance guard of all departments, to control personnel access and record, attendance access records and accounting personnel staff attendance. Evaluation methods used in the most mature face facial as biological recognition technology, can put an end to replace the problem, thereby enhancing the efficiency of management of the college. Access control attendance management system is one of the subsystems of our existing IC card management system, based on the digital campus id under the framework of our school, an example Inner Mongolia technical college of Construcrion, combining the reality of college, concrete analysis of the current attendance system and related supporting plan, starting from the personnel management needs of the unit, the existing system of check on work attendance for further research and design, make the system implementation and compatibility with other management information system in our gm, promote the informatization management of the school. Attendance management system using Browser/Server structure, selection of development tools, JAVA, JSP, JavaScript, Html language, USES the Tomcat Server technology, choose Oracle1Og background database.Major modules of the system include entrance guard system module, the system of check on work attendance and meeting attendance module. In this paper, the attendance management system function design, technical route, database design and so on has carried on the detailed introduction.
