In modern times,the construction of the tax information system has become a driving force to promote the innovation in management and services of the tax department.The Inner Mongolia Local Taxation Bureau developed the network invoice system based on C/S architecture,but the system has not been consistent with the taxpayer because of the high cost of development and the poor compatibility in the process of promotion and application.This article describes that the self-issued invoice system based on B/S architecture through using Two-Dimensional Code,will provide the receiving function,the old checking function,the querying function,the authentication function,the data matching function and the tax monitoring function managed by the system for the taxpayers in the background of the third golden tax project of the Inner Mongolia Local Taxation Bureau.Through the online invoice system,the tax authorities can easily master the production and business activities accurately in real time.This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of tax information management at home and abroad of the theoretical results and empirical results,basedon that the tax management information system for domestic tax model are discussed and the system including the Tax Bureau System and the Taxpayer System function is designed and developed by using B/S model,J2EE framework,Servlet technology,Oracle database and JDBC technology.This thesis introduces the test of the system as a whole and the ideas and details of the system through analysising the function and security requirements of the system.The test results show that the system has a good interactive interface and logical database system,which meet the design requirements.
