With the development and application of CAD/CAE/CAM technology,single-disciplinary design simulation software can't meet the design requirements of complex products.PDM software can realize project management,data management and other functions,and its advantage is it can integrate multi-disciplinary design simulation software.But when applied into practice,PDM software has a limited application range.Such as the design of radar antenna,needs to plan operational procedures,recommend simulation program,build the historical simulation program knowledge base,provide a typical radar component model library and other utility functions to enhance develop-efficiency and reduce repetitive tasks.Therefore,research of radar antenna design simulation integration technology is carried out and the integrated platform is developed in this paper.The main contents are as follows:(1)Architecture design for design and simulation integration platform.Analyze and classify the platform requirements,standardize radar antenna design process,layout the main functional modules.Based on the function to design the integrated platform database system module,layout the database diagram,regard the database as the core and develop other functional modules of the integration platform.(2)Integrating multi-disciplinary simulation software.Two software integration methods are proposed: personalized software customization method and Win32 API integration method.Compare this two methods and select the more suitable one for the design simulation integration platform,then encapsulate it into a dynamic link library(DLL)file to provide an open interface for other programmers to invoke.(3)Designing and developing the network communication functions.Make the "stand-alone" design and simulation integration platform raise to the network level,compare TCP and UDP protocol,select the Socket network programming technology within TCP protocol to develop the design and simulation integration platform's instant messaging module to achieve LAN "QQ" function.Based on the TCP protocol,use the FTP protocol to develop server file management module to achieve the file remote management and data transfer function.(4)Designing and developing the key functional modules.Based on C # advanced programming language expatiates on the process of developing high version UG(NX8.5).Use the UG secondary development function to construct the parametric model library of the design and simulation platform.The design of typical radar components is fully parameterized,and new,modify and view functions are supplied.Briefly introduce the simulation program recommended module,user management module,project management module and other key modules of the function,display the development effect on the design and simulation integration platform.
