Database access technology ADO can realize the inter-link withdatabase.Real-time database plays a very key role in the whole system. Its performance,bad or good, can affect the operation of other systems directly. Relational Databasecan not meet the real-time requirement, so a real-time database needs to beconstructed. It needs to use a series of conception, theory, technology, method andmechanism to study and exploit. The paper discusses the subsequent control ofdatabase and advances a new optimistic concurrency control protocol. On the methodof implementing, FastDB based on memory database is adopted as original exploitedsystem and constructs object-oriented real-time database. Real-time database cantackle complicated system and has good performance of easy maintaining.Offering standard interface between each subsystem and implementing open andtight connection is the key of building management system integration. OPC is astandard protocol for industrial process control and can offer different typeinformation among applied programs. It follows DCOM of Microsoft and can use thedata of part C without reopening the interface of data and affording extra money. Themethod which is adopted OPC can simplify user integration and reach good reuse ofthe system. Through OPC client interface and each subsystem that supplies OPCserver interface, the system realizes mutualness of data.
