Minjiang River is the largest river in Fujian Province,the city of Fuzhou is crossed by the downstream river.The safety of levees on the both sides along the downstream river is directly related to the safety of people's life and property on the both sides.With the development of social economy,the influence degree of constant development and construction on both sides along the river is without a former example.At present,a violent River evolution is happening on the downstream river,and the global deep brushing and down cutting are appeared on the river bed,so the state of the overall ecological environment is serious.The safety of flood control in Fuzhou has been seriously endangered by the multiplied impaction and destructive force to the river levees because of great changes of large development on beach area,river "downsizing",river width dropping,beach velocity surging,radial tidal force increasing,and flood more ferocious,which have taken place in the overall hydrological situation.This project is closely combined with the current and future work requirements of the Minjiang River downstream management office,using advanced information means and computer technology to focus on the flood control in the lower reaches of the Minjiang River to form a highly efficient and well-arranged rain,water,Sluices,pumping stations and other engineering safety automatic monitoring station network;According to the characteristics of the flood control work in the lower reaches of the Minjiang River,the relatively independent computer information network and the flood control management database in the lower reaches of the Minjiang River are established.The flood control,hydrology,meteorology and related information of river in urban area in Fuzhou are integrated to predict and estimate the situation of flood or dry in the lower reaches of the Minjiang River.Based on the 3D platform,the 3D simulation model and the business application system of the lower reaches of the Minjiang River,levees,sluices and pumping stations are established,and the omni-directional automatic monitoring,remote video monitoring,river analysis and safety assessment of sluices and pumping stations are realized for important levees,sluices and pumping stations.Comprehensively enhance the Minjiang River downstream management office overall information level and emergency decision-making ability to ensure that levees along the river and ancillary works of security,to adapt to the construction of livable in Fuzhou,the needs of the city.
