The Design And Implementation Of Purchase Management Information System

This paper is based on the ERP purchasing system of China Huaxin Corporation,it is about that downtime and other materials for a long time,the low inventory turnover rate,the delays because of price fluctuations in procurement plans and so on.This paper focuses on the information sharing and pushes technology encountered in the ERP purchasing system,it will create a procurement process that enables the various departments of China Huaxin Corporation to share and manage production requirements for each purchase data.And this data will strengthen the communication between department and department to achieve the goal of reducing the cost of the company,it will also ensure that all data are well documented with such a ERP purchasing management system.The main work of this paper as follows:(1)The maintenance management module has been added to the management of the internal resource information of China Huaxin Corporation.In addition to the newly introduced external resources,all suppliers achieve timely push information by sharing information from vendors.In this way,it improves the company's procurement management capabilities,and also provides a basis for zero inventory.(2)Rebar code packaging system and Barcode database for new purchase information coding,according to the warehouse from the purchase of raw materials.Completing related purchasing according to supplier information,information classification and coding.(3)China Huaxin company from the inventory model,order production methods of change,to achieve order control needs ERP procurement management system.It designs purchasing plan,order delivery and execution process module,so that logistics can quickly respond to the needs of users,greatly improve turnover and service speed,reduce inventory pressure.(4)It will let everyone to understand the key modules that the business requirements,system modules,database design,nonfunctional requirements,functional requirements and system architecture of China Huaxin ERP purchasing system,and the realization of environment,interface design and implementation of the procurement system.Through the development of this topic,it finally makes the system more user-friendly,greatly reduces the cost of procurement,reduces unnecessary inventory,and increases the rate of capital turnover.
