On the rapid developing of economic, banks have set up different information systems to meet the growth of business and service needs. The repeated investment on "Information Single-Island" results in the cost of waste in investment, maintenance and human resources. Integration of resources through information sharing becomes a new requirement.The enterprise's IT resources are integrated into a useable and standards-based service by Service-Oriented Architecture through the basic idea of service as a core. It can be re-combined and applied to help enterprises fully exploit existing IT assets, raise it's efficiency, reduce of cost, achieving business flexibility and innovation. It also makes existing enterprise assets or investments to be better reused. The SOA has the advantage of solving the new needs of this resource integration.In this thesis, the Synthesized-Business-System of bank MCUS is a core of the banking system based on SOA architecture, which opens access to external services on various platforms.It is a core system of unified independent bank system, and it is a complex Synthesized-Business-System that integrated heterogeneous external systems in commercial bank through the ESB.It provides business components linked together. It implements incorporate integration of customer, product, trading, accounting and diversified services.It can reduce of cost, get timely product design and rapid deployment. It also has high expansion and good scalability.The thesis focuses on design and implementation of MCUS system by multi-corporate-bank to meet the requirements of scalability. It starts from the basic concepts of SOA with the analysis on its features, architecture, technology standard. It analyses and explicates the implementation for the design of the WMB which is the core elements of project design.In order to implement expansion and reuse on the framework of the SOA-based Multi-corporate bank, the thesis extracts each business function modules of MCUS to create modules of the deposit, customers, loans, financial management, clearing, utilities, bank cards, etc, And refines the business operations of each module into services package, and refines other external system functions. It provides registrered services that called by other system on the core of the system architecture named ESB(enterprise service bus). The thesis researches on service package, load balancing, heterogeneous application access, concurrent processes and serviceintegration problem to implement the expansion and scability of the SOA-based Multi-corporate bank finally. It also solves allocating funds settlement problems among many banks on the same core system. The innovative points in thesis are using the SOA architecture, the business package for the service, the load balancing for cross-platform access by MQ cluster, the scalability and reuse on Multi-corporate-bank system by the using of asynchronous, concurrency and multi-step process.
