Virtual assembly technology has been widely used in the field of virtual reality.In the industrial field,the application of virtual assembly is also very common.It is necessary to build a virtual assembly platform for the rapid development of China's industry.In order to develop a complete set of vehicle virtual assembly system,this paper mainly studies the assembly sequence planning method and collision detection technology,and uses these two key technologies to design and implement a vehicle virtual assembly system,complete the virtual assembly system development and release.Firstly,the principle and existing problems of the traditional virtual assembly system are expounded.The development environment of the system is displayed from the software and hardware respectively.By analyzing the current virtual assembly problem,the design goal and the system framework of the system are obtained.The overall design scheme of the vehicle virtual assembly platform is determined.The key technology and related software of the system are introduced,and the system software is developed by using Unity3 d platform and visual stdio 2015.Secondly,for the assembly sequence planning technology of automobile virtual assembly system,this paper uses the improved adaptive ant colony algorithm to generate the virtual assembly sequence.It is proved that the adaptive ant colony algorithm satisfies the evaluation index of the assembly sequence,and the generation and planning of the optimal assembly sequence of the auto parts can be realized.Thirdly,for the collision detection problem in virtual assembly system of automobile,a hybrid bounding box algorithm based on Sphere and k-Dops is proposed based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional bounding box algorithm,which is improved from the establishment and updating of the hybrid box.And through the relevant collision detection experiments,it is proved that the hybrid bounding box algorithmcan achieve the effect of real-time collision detection between rigid parts,especially in dealing with the complex environment,the detection performance can be fully reflected and demonstrated.And it is usable for the reasonable and accurate assembly of the system,greatly improving the efficiency of collision detection in virtual environment.Finally,integrated requirements analysis and framework design information,planning the development process and function design of the system.The virtual assembly platform is designed by combining unity 3d and C # program.And finally the virtual assembly system of the automobile will be released to the Windows platform through Unity3d.
