With the rapid development of China's economy,the water environment problem is also followed,including water pollution,water shortage,water ecological fragility and other phenomena is particularly prominent.The acceleration of urbanization reduces the self-purification capacity of water environment,which not only restricts the development of industry,but also affects the quality of life of local residents.In view of this,it is essential to the water quality information service system of intelligent and mobile,the timely detection of pollution,pollution control,effectively reduce the water quality disasters caused economic losses,having important significance to alleviate the economic development between the water and the deterioration of ecological environment of contradictions.In this paper,the use of the mobile terminal advantage,analysis of the Android client technology at home and abroad,combined with the present situation of water quality information service system,realize the communication between the client and the server data using HTTP technology,the design and implementation of water quality information service of mobile client based on Android,through the test system is stable and feasible.The work done mainly in the following five aspects:(1)Study on the Android platform and the water quality evaluation model,mainly research on the application layer five components Activity,Service,Broadcast Receiver,Content,Provider,Intent function and its working principle,and the single factor index method and comprehensive water quality identification index of two kinds of evaluation model for water quality analysis.(2)The functional and non-functional requirements of the system are analyzed,and the system architecture is defined as MVC(model,view,controller)mode and the design of system database and function modules in detail.(3)This paper studies the mechanism of data interaction between client and server based on HTTP,and uses SQLite to monitor the resource cache.(4)Android platform,based on Eclipse development environment,using Java language,APP development and implementation of water quality information service with water quality online query,water quality statistical analysis,water quality report thematic map browsing,water quality early warning function.(5)In Xuchang city of Qingyi River as an example,test of water quality information service APP results show that the system is stable,simple operation,to meet user demand for water quality information service.
