Transmission lines are the backbone network of power system. It widely distributedin the plains and mountains,which is directly exposed to natural surroundings such asrain, storm, snow and so on, inspectors are in much of inconvenience anddangerous when finding fault place. Transmission line relay protection of on-linemonitoring system is used for monitoring transmission lines fault condition andoperation online. Fault sensor distribution hanging in the transmission lines positionwhich is need suspension, and the data acquisition center will let data upload to theInternet(Upload data through software publishing Web service real-time update datasimulation data acquisition center), In the other side, the control personnel opensoftware, they can get real-time monitoring data about the transmission lines fromInternet.The software mix three monitoring project together (environmental monitoring,infrared heating monitoring, the breeze vibration monitoring), and returned with acamera videos, give monitoring personnel more reference, and they can make adecision about relay protection equipment closed the fault line according to the faultconditions. This software achieved the arm of monitoring remote on-line data oftransmission line.This paper studies deeply the basic principle of Web services and the correspondingimplementation technology. And on the basis of power system relay protection data,using Microsoft SQL Server2008to establish a database of relay protection,including information transmission lines of jilin province. And transmission line relayprotection data released by a Web service, you can view line one day one of themonitoring data, can also be carried out on the limited data and set up in advance. Inaddition, the monitoring software using c#programming language developed byMicrosoft WinForm development framework implementation calls to Web services, inorder to realize the distributed line condition monitoring, and in a variety of display in a way that is easy to observe.Compared with similar software, the system has the advantage of the followingaspects:(1) the scientific way of data managementThis system is established by jilin province, including of the city and county(district) for monitoring object data model, each county (district) established threemonitoring stations, each data including environmental monitoring, infrared datamonitoring, the breeze vibration data monitoring.(2) automatic generation of monitoring dataFor the convenience of development and debugging, the software will monitorsections and simulated data has focused on a software. Part in running a simulationdata, the computer as a server, receives the fault sensor data and stored in a computer,and publish Web services to other computer software can query data.(3) real-time display monitor resultsMonitoring software is running on the remote monitoring of personnel system inthe program, the software in all cities and counties of jilin province as monitoringobjects, can choose their membership in all cities and counties of jilin province,monitoring personnel in the software can view real-time monitoring data and videofootage of the region.
