Electrical infrastructure projects require on high construction quality and safety demand.The constant improvement of Chinese electric power supervision system effectively promote the quality control and safety management of power infrastructure site.The rapid development of mobile internet and intelligent terminals provide another way to enhance the management and onsite office work.This paper briefly introduced the quality control and safety control management in the supervision of the electric power infrastructure projects,put forward the corresponding improvement measures,provide an alternative approach way to carry out the supervision of the projects,and then establish a complete quality control and safety management system.First of all,research the quality control method of the infrastructure projects,develop the control points of the construction preparation stage,construction stage and completion stage,research the key business and processes throughout the project life cycle,form a complete record of quality problems,tracking and resolution of the situation report,ensure the project quality traceability and analysis.Second,research the safety control method of the infrastructure projects,research the security functions,safety management and construction of the project owner department,find and summarize the problems in the actual management process,optimize the safety management system,reduce the incidence of infrastructure security incidents.Third,research mobile terminal technology,combined with LBS location service technology,wireless network technology,expand the data collection and reporting methods,improve the project process control and on-site office efficiency.Finally,complete the development and contrstruction of the mobile app-oriented management system of electrical power construction site,develop the function of the project management,operation management,safety management,quality management,achieve the information management of the infrastructure projects of the State Grid.
