Non-invasive measurement of blood component has the advantages of safety, comfort, convenience, fast, environmental protection, low cost and so on,which not only helps people improve the treatment effect of diabetes, cardiovascular disease and other chronic diseases, but also has an immeasurable effect on the care for emergency, perioperative and critically ill patients.Dynamic spectrum(DS)based on transmission photoplethysmography(PPG)waves extracts optical densities of arterial pulsatile blood by changes in absorption spectrum at several given wavelengths. The DS method can reduce the influence of individual differences and measurement conditions in theory, and opens up a new prospect for the clinical application of non-invasive measurement of blood component. This thesis discusses in detail the development process of non-invasive blood component measurement system,on the basis of an overview of the dynamic spectrum measurement method. In the requirement analysis section, combining UML modeling technology,it makes the software needs explicit, detailed and figurative in all aspects of the business requirements, user requirements, functional requirements and non-functional requirements. In the software design section,it describes the design of the system about overall architecture, basic process flow, module division and databases. In the programming section,it uses Visual Studio.NET as a development tool, utilizes mixed programming of C# and MATLAB,calls the interface functions to achieve the control of the spectrometer, employs the multi-threading technology to realize real-time acquisition, display and save of data, and implements the synchronous dynamic display of waveform plots when collecting data by applying GDI+.The key technologies of this project are described in detail by the introduction of the methods and the examples of implementation. The subject is based on the research results and hardware experiment platform of the dynamic spectrum method, develops the non-invasive and real-time blood component measurement system, and achieves the functions including spectrometer control, high speed data acquisition, spectral processing, data analysis,real-time dynamic display of data curves, data storing, etc.
