This paper summarized the important meanings of non-invasive blood glucose and the possibility of blood glucose by optical methods. The current methods of optical properties of biological tissue were reviewed. The new method of ultrasound-modulated laser-light was put forwarded and was applied to noninvasive measurement of optical properties of biological tissue. The technique is capable of precision measuring blood glucose concentration by a theoretical analyzing and demonstrating .The capability and the reproducibility of the experiments was also discussed.
