With the rapid development of the Internet of things technology,smartphones and other electronic devices,especially the representative of mobile Internet technology,some apps such as Uber,Didi Taxi and Fast Taxi are becoming increasingly popular at home and abroad,which causes certain impact on the taxi market.Also,it brings much convenience to the users,however at the same time it's controversial by the public.Whether taxi app as an original model of the Internet of things can bring profits to its users without breaking the rules of market becomes a problem.According to the researching articles home and abroad of Internet of things technology platform,taxi market pricing management and taxi apps,the existing Internet of things literatures do the research most based on technology,but it doesn't departure from the economic interests to study what problems the Internet of things platform brings to business operations.The related articles about taxi market are now focusing on how to improve the management mechanism in the existing environment,optimizing the distribution of rents and comparing mechanisms in different cities.Those literatures that rarely involved taxi app also base on the road network model to discuss how to improve the efficiency of taxi operation.Aimed at the shortcomings of the study on the above,this paper started with the Internet of things,taxi app,that we can see in daily life to discuss the nature of the Internet of things platform.It shows the influences on the each subject of the original market that taxi app platform has entered the market as well as the new distribution of benefits among the main part because of the platform problem.Using the principalagent theory to analysis the different around time as the taxi app be used and the changes of profits of the taxi companies and taxi drivers The results showed that the taxi app entered the market as the platform can rise the profits of the taxi companies,taxi drivers and the platform.Besides,because of the technological breakthrough of taxi app platform which has great necessary influence on pricing management,combined with the formats of DIDI Uber,we propose a taxi dynamic pricing strategy.Based on this,we can further talk about the available resources which is comes from the Internet of things and the visual surface with depth of resources,the possibility of combined-tax and the advantages of dynamic pricing,the simulation on matlab prove the advantages of dynamic pricing strategy and combined-taxi mode.After the study of the mode of expanding of Didi,Uber,Taobao,eBay and other C2 C app platform,it shows us a diffusion model of bilateral market properties.It has laid a theoretical foundation for the future research of Internet of things platform mechanisms,especially the taxi app platform mechanisms.
