As a novel paradigm for distributed computation, mobile agent exhibits some excellent characteristics and receives attention increasingly. Most of research focuses on security system, migration and communication mechanism etc. the key technologies' breakthrough boost mobile agent' development and application. With the wide application of mobile agent, the problem of how to distribute effectively and rationally resource and to improve the utilization of the resources is a new key technology for us to solve. In the mobile agent system environment, resource management is a very complex and challenging work because its' efficiency and rationality is related to the performance of the mobile agent system directly.By analyzing current technologies of applying microeconomic theory to grid resource management and allocation model, regarding mobile agent special system, the thesis explores a model of mobile agent resource management and allocation based on microeconomic theory. With the introduction of domain conception to resource market,. a rational model of mobile agent distributed resource market framework Is designed. With the application of economic theory, a rational making-price and bidding strategy for resource is defined. In the strategy, a resource demander makes a bid for a resource based on its serviceability for himself, a resource owner (compute) makes a sale price based on its attributes and its supply-and-demand condition, or the user can make artificially a sale price for a resource with the application of dynamical game theory. Afterward, the thesis designs a resource finding and bargaining algorithm. Finally, the thesis give a realization for the model of mobile agent resource management and allocation based on microeconomic theory. The model that the thesis research and realizes can allocate optimally resource and achieve the end-to-end QoS guarantee and the most satisfaction for participators, according to general equilibrium and market mechanism. The result of resource allocation reaches the most adaptive and optimal state.
