Research On Logistics Information Platform Under Development Of Electronic Commerce

Based on the analysis of different development modes and features of electronic commerce logistics and Logistics electricity business,the entry point of this paper is defined to be the building and development direction of enterprise logistics information platform.As the typical representative,the comprehensive research of sea port logistics industry is kicked off,including the operation mode of its logistics electronic commerce platform,industry function positioning,business scope,target group,evolution direction,etc.By building its logistics electronic commerce platform,the business replacement and transformation under the new Internet electricity business mode can be achieved,especially the parasites in the middle part of the traditional agency services companies.Through the research of electronic commerce logistics platform on traditional large-scale sea port logistics industry,the new built unified platform can integrate the resources and professional services of both upstream customers(cargo owners,traders,small and medium shipping agents)and downstream vendors(carriers,warehouse,transportation,Customs declaration)by electricity platforms(order management platform,inquiry platform,orders trading platform,etc.),in order to achieve one-stop procedures with high efficiency.Besides,the developed E-platform can also provide the following business solutions,including achieving a unified external service window based on different business forms and customer requirements;obtaining timely and comprehensive understanding of each dynamic module;achieving quantitative assessment of daily service and operation;achieving real-time online calculation of business center.Technically,on the underlying physical database-DATABASE,a series of frontier technology such as Mongo DB,memcached,No SQL are used to keep physical database;then transfer to the upper database access layer-DATA Access Tire;on the business logic processing layer-Business Tire,the daily management and authority management can be achieved;on the interface commissioned admissibility layer-Delegate Tire,use Webserver,Http Invoker and RMI achieve integration;on the client presentation layer-Presentation Tire,use integrated logistics electricity business technologies such as WEF,RIA/RCP,WAP/APP to achieve the upgrading and transformation from traditional logistic enterprise to new logistics electronic commerce enterprise.
