Photosynthesis is an important way to obtain energy for green plants,and chlorophyll fluorescence can be used as a probe for photosynthesis.The MINI-PAM fluorescence spectrometer can be detected in real time to plant chlorophyll fluorescence parameters,and through the LED light source radiation plant makes plants grow in different light conditions,measured the fluorescence parameters of the plant under different conditions and the rapid light response curve,with different environmental factors of influence on plant photosynthesis,therefore,to design a intelligent detection and control system to realize the detection of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of plants.Firstly,this paper introduces the background of the design of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters detection system.This paper introduces the methods and deficiencies of chlorophyll fluorescence detection at home and abroad.By designing a set of intelligent detection and control system to detect the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters,in the part of the hardware design of detection system,first introduced the overall design idea of detection system,the detection module of environmental factors and the principle diagram of hardware design,the sensor and the main chip selection,hardware design principle of liquid crystal display module and keyboard input module design the Zigbee module and the hardware principle diagram,completed the hardware design principle of detection system of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters.Through the design of each part of the hardware schematic diagram,the basic framework of the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters detection system is completed.The next part introduces the software design of the system,through the software design of the detection system,the detection on the basis of the hardware design can be achieved on the environmental factor detection system of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and chlorophyll fluorescence detection parameters,the control part adopts fuzzy control algorithm,based on the design of fuzzy controller,fuzzy input processing the amount and output of the fuzzy rules,the completion of the design and implementation of fuzzy control system,in the end of this part,through the Matlab simulation module of Simulink simulation software,the fuzzy control system is simulated by observing a step input signal,the ability to follow the observed output,stable the performance of the judging system.Finally,through the data acquisition system to detect environmental factors of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of the host computer system,performance check,detection system to maintain the temperature,humidity and C02 concentration of environmental factors in size is relatively constant,by changing the programmable current source size changing plant environment light intensity in the study under different light intensity the effect of plant chlorophyll fluorescence parameters with light intensity are different.Through the design of the chlorophyll fluorescence parameter detection system,we can realize the automatic monitoring and control of the environmental factors of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters detection system.At the same time,it can provide historical records and data of environmental factors.The test finally results show that the intelligent monitoring system is stable,accurate and reliable,and can meet the control requirements.
