Improved Desigh And Implementation Of PACS/RIS In Management System Of Imaging Medicine

PACS/RIS is a comprehensive application system which contains many functions like medical image acquisition,transmission,storage,detection,diagnosis,report and integrated information management.Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region People's Hospital PACS/RIS system has been used for 10 years,some of the features of the system such as registration check,report writing,etc.can't meet recently medical image management's needs.Therefore,as our goal is enhance the ability of system management,I did serious of optimization and upgrading upon our PACS/RIS system that we already have,now,a fully functional PACS/RIS system is ready to use in more advanced requirement.This thesis mainly introduced what disadvantages have existed in PACS/RIS management and what I have upgraded in optimizing our system.Firstly,in order to identify the gaps,I had an interview with the doctors of Medical Image Department in our hospital,after investigating functions and consulting the literature,I did a detailed analysis about the system function requirement.Thus,what I have done offer the great support to realize the design and implementation of the new system.Then,based on the survey,the PACS/RIS system had been overall designed,including software architecture,modular structure and data model.Specific to the details,the function module and data module of the system had been analyzed and designed.Finally,I used Delphi7.0 as the main programming technology and SQL Server 2008 as database tool,the new system realize the distribution of the report,including scheduling settings,doctor's scheduling,distribution of the report and automatic allocation.The new functions also contain the management of report quality,image quality,scientific teaching and image consultation.After the PACS/RIS system's upgrading,the doctors of Medical Image Department are more convenient in daily system manipulating,especially in making image reports.Not making a great progress at scientific teaching area,but also the daily medical quality control management get enhanced.At the same time,we can lay the foundation for the future interconnection with the medical pension integration information system.
