Analysis And Research Of Medical Insurance Information Decision Support In Changji, The Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region

With the continuous development of human resources and social security,the data resources in this field are becoming more and more abundant,and the accumulated data is becoming more and more huge.It is urgent to establish the human resources and social security data warehouse.Based on the massive information,With a view to provide a scientific basis for the early warning of abnormal social insurance business,the internal supervision of the handling agencies and policy decisions.This paper starts from the medical insurance which people are most concerned about,and takes the medical insurance business and data of Changji in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region as the research object,and has carried on the research of the design of medical insurance decision support system.This paper first introduces the data warehouse bus technology,OLAP multi-dimensional analysis technology,ETL technology,data mining technology and data visualization technology involved in decision support analysis system.Secondly,from the aspects of business system status,user-oriented,index system,data source and system function,this paper makes a comprehensive investigation and analysis of Changji's decision support system,Data presentation design.Finally,the paper focuses on the specific methods of the system implementation,including source data preparation,data extraction,data conversion,the process of collecting,cleaning and integration of various business data,analyzing the process of model building,using Echarts tool,map,Using the slicing,drilling,rotating technology,multi-angle,multi-faceted analysis of the Changji health insurance fund revenue and expenditure,and the use of balance calculation model,the next year the health insurance fund balance was predicted,for policy makers to develop health insurance policy to provide decision support.From the operation results,the current analysis model to meet the basic needs,but the operation analysis,balanced measurement model also needs continuous improvement,there is a need to improve the place.
