People can find usefulinformation for their health by extracting and handing those data into another regularformat data to making analysis and mining.This paper gives a brief introduction of the medical insurance consumption’scontext and generates the reachability for data mining firstly, then makes theintroduction of data warehouse and data mining.This paper includes a request analysis for Guangdong’s medical insuranceconsuming data which is based on software engineer process. Then includesconceptual model design and logic model design and physic model design. After thatincludes ETL process that data is abstracted and transferred and load into datawarehouse.The last process is made of data analysis and data mining. The paper analysesdata and generates chat to show consuming character and layout and trend accordingto different title, then selects some sample to make data mined with differentalgorithm which includes C&RT.
