In this paper,as the urban travel app to be the main research object,from the perspective of scene marketing,confirm the city travel APP scene marketing user experience,clear the user experience dimension,then,through the questionnaire investigation and study and the depth interview on the core of the city travel app user experience,through quantitative research,to identify the problem,provide feasible recommendations for such applications in the breakthrough.Firstly,the author summarizes the city travel app,and classifies the research scope and the research object;Secondly,through the content analysis method,and then through the questionnaire survey method the paper aims to examine the actual experience of the user;Thirdly,through the form of structured interviews,to make the specific assessment of the user experience in the city travel app and on this basis to draw the corresponding conclusions;Fourthly,according to the previous analysis of the urban city travel app and the quantitative conclusion of the user experience,combine the theory and practice to point out the problems of the urban city travel APP in the user experience,and provide the corresponding solutions;Fifthly,conclude all the content of the paper and summarize the key issues and induction.
