With the rapid development and wide application of information technology,e-commerce,online shopping,online transactions have become an integral part of consumers' real life.So the liquor electricity providers have emerged,a strong impact on the traditional liquor marketing model,precision marketing as a new trend of marketing electricity supplier,along with the development of new technology of data warehouse,data mining algorithms,business applications and customer orientation clear and accurate product recommendations widely,can achieve better benefit for the enterprise.In this paper,the precision marketing system according to the marketing status of the electricity supplier,from the analysis of the electricity supplier marketing needs,analysis of the main problems encountered in the process of marketing at present,aiming at the problem of the low efficiency of the import flow,put forward a design scheme of precision marketing system.The system uses B/S architecture,SSM three layer framework,the development platform for the J2EE,the page using JSP and j Query technology,and data warehouse technology.The system through the data on consumption of consumers were analyzed by using the K-means clustering analysis of customers with accurate positioning,customer classification and using Apriori algorithm of association rules for goods to find the strong association rules,precision marketing,reduce marketing costs,improve the consumer shopping experience goals.After verification,the Apriori algorithm can be used to find out the valuable association rules hidden in the commodity.K-means clustering analysis is used to cluster the user groups effectively.After the development of the system,the test results are very satisfactory.In this paper,the data mining system uses SSM three layer framework,which is conducive to the maintenance and expansion of the system.At the same time,it can also provide some reference for other electricity supplier precision marketing strategy to create greater business value and social value.
