With the development of electronic commerce, more and more businesses have on their ways to the field, which make their products become a part of internet. As a result, competition in sales promotion has become more and more fierce everywhere. Therefore, excavating the efficient information which the customers are interested in from a large amount of data, helping enterprises improve their websites for sales and keeping a good relationship between enterprises and customers have become problems that a enterprise product sales need to solve.Firstly, this paper introduces the data mining technology and the research status of association rule mining, and describes how to realize the classic Apriori algorithm. Secondly, in view of the defects in data mining association rules mining algorithm(Apriori algorithm), we discuss the optimization problem in data mining association rules, and an optimization algorithm based on segmentation are presented. By using the improved Apriori algorithm analysis, we can get association rules. Besides, we also design a system application business. Both of these make the enterprise get accurate customer orientation through the custom business and service, thus reducing the marketing costs. System adopts B/S form, development for the J2 EE platform, page made by JSP, HTML, Jquery technology, and database by SQL Server2005. The system collects the related tracking data for the mobile Internet users, and then using the improved Apriori algorithm to calculate the association rule mining. Discovering product demand through the data mining technology, it realizes the rapid response to customer requirements. In addition, establishing a link among product library, it can provide the support for the target customers’ up selling and cross selling. As a result, the potential valuable association rules were presented by optimization algorithm and the system was very successfully tested.
