Distribution network,which is composed of overhead network,cable,wire tower,distribution transformer,disconnecting switch and some subsidiary facilities.Those play an important role in the distribution of power network.Stability and security of Distribution network,which has important economic value and social significance is the protection of use electricity safely.In recent years,with the development power grid,the safety and stability of power grid has been greatly tested.Although a lot of power grid companies invested large amounts of funds for rural and urban network transformation.However,there are still many problems to be solved in overhead line.Because of the above-mentioned problems,the objective of this thesis is to design and implement a unified information platform for distribution network monitor so as to enhance the distribution network management,public service capacity and the rate of information processing.At the same time,through the distribution network on online monitoring management system to detect the fault,shorten the outage time,reduce the power loss,improve the level of automation,information.In this paper,the real project from company,in strict accordance with the standard software development process,has include project requirements analysis,system analysis,system detail design and implement,coding,software testing and other steps.The fault location on-line monitoring management system is mainly composed of fault indicator and master system.This project belongs to co-operation project of which I am responsible for web page design,background processing and database operation,which include configuration management module,alarm management module,system management module,monitoring module and statistics module.Configuration management module is mainly used for alert information format management,which contains what information in alarm information.The alarm management module is mainly used to display alarm information and fault history inquire.The system management module is mainly used to manage the information of some substation equipment,such as substation management,line management and so on.The monitoring module is mainly used to manage some information about the transmission line and shows the approximate location of the fault.The data statistics module is mainly used to count the related information and shows by the line char.The whole system include some technology such as JSP,Spring,ibatis,DWR,and oracle database.The first phase of the system has been completed and put into use.A conclusion that the area where the system is deployed is more efficient than other area where the system is not deployed.On the whole the first phase of the system has achieved the desired results.
