This topic comes from "port coal base and so on coal storage pile high temperature online monitoring system" project.In large coal base, due to reasons such as ventilation, coal storage time is long, the spontaneous combustion of the coal pile will sometimes happen, so the coal pile temperature monitoring is of great significance. So far, there are a lot of coal pile temperature measuring method. The traditional method is to use the general contact temperature sensor for measuring the temperature of coal pile, which is characterized by a temperature measuring small size, the need for manual wiring, be artificially restricted more, and it would have been affected by the coal pile;In large-scale coal storage base, coal pile bulky, quantity, traditional measurement methods have been unable to effectively meet their application needs. Infrared temperature measurement temperature monitoring has become a hotspot in recent years, it is easier to find the high temperature zone, which has become a wide temperature surface temperature monitoring aspects of the current high-tech.This paper designed a set of coal pile temperature monitoring system, using infrared thermal imaging temperature measurement features, combined with remote monitoring technology, infrared image real-time data acquisition, transmission, corresponding processing on a remote server, and the related data for databases to store and display interface, so as to achieve the purpose of monitoring.Monitoring the whole system from the whole can be divided into client and server side two parts, this article mainly to monitor the hardware structures and software function are introduced respectively, and the server are introduced, according to data for monitoring the control and interface design, etc. Monitoring terminal is mainly composed of industrial computer, the infrared thermal imager, visible light camera, video capture card, two-dimensional turntable, etc of hardware equipment, industrial computer as the core control monitoring side, is mainly responsible for the infrared thermal imager to collect the infrared and visible light camera data acquisition of the visible light video sent via WiFi device to the server, receiving the commands from the server, and can realize automatic cruise function.
